Hi, I’m having an issue with my Electrolux washing machine and I’m hoping you can help. Model: WWW9024M5WA PNC: 914900980 Serial Number: 32711644 The machine fills with water and makes the usual sounds during operation, but the drum does not spin at all. I’ve checked the belt, and it is properly in place and moves the drum when rotated manually. The motor seems to be running, but the drum remains still. Based on my research, this could be a problem with the start capacitor, but I’m not sure how to confirm this or where to find a compatible replacement. Could you assist me with identifying the correct part, or let me know if a technician is needed?
