Need help replacing washing machine drain hose. Electrolux UltimateCare Inverter 9/5KG WashDry I removed the external section but the hose is connected internally inside the machine and I can’t access/remove the back panel screws properly. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs who can: • open rear panel • disconnect old drain hose • install new hose correctly • test for leaks I already diagnosed the issue and attached photos of the hose connection and rear panel. I already purchased a brand new replacement drain hose ready to install. Located in Sturdee parade, Dee Why

The knob for the timer on my oven came off the other day. The shaft has fallen back out of sight. I can’t work out how to get the front panel off to fix the issue? Managed to budge it a little to pass the shaft back through the hole but can’t fit the knob without it falling back in.
