I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.

We got a new oven and need the electricity cable to connect to the hard wire cable from our old oven. See picture. Needs to be done before Christmas please

Looking for someone to replace an old seal (boot gasket) on our washing machine. It's a Bosch Series 6 Front Loader washing machine. We have the new seal, so need someone to unscrew the front and back of the washing machine to replace it. Important - The washing machine is attached to a stacker, positioned below the dryer. So the first step will be to unscrew from the stacker take take the dryer down. The task will likely require 2 people, but open to discussion. Located in North Manly. Flexible to any time of day.

I have a Kogan washing machine that stopped draining water and each time I wash something the wash stops and the inside is flooded. I need to drain the water manually. The draining pump is either blocked or not working for some other reason.
