Instal washing machine - moved into new home

Washing machine needs to be removed from cabinetry and feet adjusted to balance machine. Then put back under bench top.

Problem: Bosch Series 8 front-load washing machine is not draining properly. (showing E18) The drain hose is not blocked. When manually turning the drain pump impeller (small fan inside the pump) with an object, the machine drains successfully — so the issue is likely with the drain pump / drain pump motor. What’s needed: ✔️ Diagnose the issue ✔️ Remove and inspect the drain pump (likely needs replacement) ✔️ Replace drain pump / drain pump motor if required ✔️ Check for any remaining blockage or internal obstruction ✔️ Reassemble and test the machine Machine details: Brand: Bosch Model: Series 8 front loader -Please only offer if you have experience with washing machine repairs -Prefer a licensed/experienced appliance technician -If a replacement pump is required, happy to reimburse cost separately

Install 2 wireless security cameras and 2 ring door cameras

We need a qualified and professional plumber to remove and dispose of our current defective Smeg cooktop and replace with the exact same model. Apartment block has nice easy access via lifts and street parking out front.

Replace old de longi gas cook top with new IKEA connvection unit. Dimensions are the same so new hob should slot right into bench top and will just need professional and safe connection.

Connect new induction cooktop to sub board. The cooktop backs into our garage. I'd prefer a neat install so running the cable in the cavity or up to the ceiling and along where the cornice should be would be best. If you can run it in the cavity I'll add $100 to the job. There is space available for the circuit breaker in the subboard and I'd like a 42amp capable cable or similar with breaker to suit. Finally fix the cooktop in place.
