Hardwire in oven and electric stove Current hard wire in the wall is up to 32amp as read on the breaker. It used to be an oven and stove in one.

The oven door won’t close properly. It looks like the left hand hinge is damaged.

Have a slow (but constant) leak coming from the dishwasher! Have turned off the tap ( in picture) but still leaking.

Looking for someone reliable and experienced to assist my mum with a few small jobs around the house: • Bidet spray: Check why it keeps leaking water and fix if possible. I’d also like a small holder/handle installed on the side so the spray has somewhere secure to rest. • Hang wall mirror: Hang a mirror in the spare room. It is fairly heavy, so it will need to be properly and securely mounted using the appropriate fixings/tools. • Check dishwasher: The dishwasher is currently not working. Looking for someone to inspect it and determine whether there is a simple issue that can be repaired or whether it is likely to need replacing. • Assemble 3 x Kmart clothing racks: These should be very straightforward and quick to assemble, however my mum is unable to put them together herself. Please bring all tools and equipment required for the above tasks. Photos of the items are attached for reference.

We have an Everdure 4-burner gas cooktop in our townhouse and the gas pressure/flame from the burners is currently very weak. The cooktop still lights and operates, but the flame output is much lower than it should be and cooking takes considerably longer. We own the townhouse and have access to the property's gas meter/regulator. Photos of the cooktop and gas meter are attached. Looking for a licensed gas fitter to: - Diagnose the cause of the low gas pressure/flame. - Check the gas pressure at the cooktop. - Check the cooktop/burners, jets and appliance regulator if applicable. - Check whether there is an issue with the gas supply, regulator or line feeding the cooktop. - Rectify the problem if it is a straightforward service/adjustment/repair. - Let us know if any additional parts or larger repairs are required before proceeding. Approval has been granted by our landlord to install a dishwasher provided it is done by a licensed plumber.

Water tap on the connection for the washing machine is faulty - spins rather than turns off water. Requires removal and replacement.
