Cap gas fitting in two places indicated in the photo by red circle. The rest is no longer needed and is a trip hazard. Just the capping is needed. It is low flow gas. caps/plugs supplied by me I will then remove the parts below etc / the decommissioned no longer connected lower pipes

Need a miele washing machine and dryer levelled (not stacked).

After someone to come and repair our Somfy brand external electric motorised roller shutter. It has become jammed halfway, now is closed and won't open. The engine still makes a sound and is running fine.

One smoke detector needs batteries replaced. Is it on a high ceiling and will need either a smoke detector extender tool or a platform ladder. Height of ceiling is approx 5m. There are no walls to lean an extender ladder against. The job should take less than 5 minutes.

I need my 5.5kg dryer mounted on a wall above my washing machine. There appear to be mountings on the wall where a dryer has previously been mounted into the brick wall. I have the brackets. We are renting this property and have approval for this work.

Looking for a builder/handyman to hang a dryer without ideal stud locations. There is a single stud in the middle, with the other 2 studs at the edges of the wall. Ideally, a backing board spanning the length of the wall would be added and drywall patched. Paint not necessary.

Please help, I can’t unclip my drawer from Blum laundry unit to be able to plug in new washing machine. Located in Kew. Is there anyone local that could help please?
