I am looking to repair my Smeg gas cooktop (Model: CIR93AXS3). The Problem - The issue is a delayed ignition on all burners. When I press and turn any knob, there is no spark or clicking sound for a couple of seconds, and then it finally lights. Requested Services & Parts - 1. Diagnosis: Confirm the cause of the delayed sparking across all burners. 2. Replace the Spark Module (Ignition Generator): This is the most likely solution to the main ignition delay problem. 3. Replace Two Loose Ignitors: Two of the ignitors (the spark plugs next to the burners) are physically loose and need to be secured or replaced. 4. Replace one Ultra-Rapid Burner Head (Old Style): One of the burner heads is cracked. I would like it replaced if you can source the spare part. Please quote me the labour and parts

Disconnection and removal of the current (old) gas stove and installation of a new gas stove (needs modification to LPG gas, equipment in the box with the gas stove)

Posting this for my mom, her gas stove top stopped I have taken the old one out and put the new one in place in the bench top. I just need somebody to come out and connect the stove top gas hose to the gas outlet underneath the bench as per what is required by law. All other work is done it just the connect and test for leaks that is required. Mom is on a pension so looking for the best price for her so she can cook again.

To Install the following items; Install and a new twin basin sink and connect to the existing utility pipe or if needed change configuration to fit, sealing gaps and securing sink to the benchtop. (See photos of sink and existing pipe) Install a rangehood and connect to power. Both power outlet and ducting are behind the plaster board at the present. Rangehood comes with its own ducting. (Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured. This job is inclusive of parts to be supplied by trade person which will be some PVC pipes for the sink and a gas hose for the cooktop.

Leave safe and compliant for future inspection. Provide compliance paperwork. Also handle all electrical work. hard-wire the unit, and install an isolator if required. Verify clearances and add a heat deflector if needed. Provide compliance certificate. I can provide the induction cooktop. 15 meters to electrical switchboard. Replacing gas to cooktop should just fit in the bench but bench may need cutting. It is the correct size.

My old gas cooktop has stopped working properly. I have purchased a replacement and need someone remove the old and install the new one (as pictured in box). The old cooktop igniter has stopped working - however given its old and dirty i want to replace the whole thing. I can use a lighter to get the gas burning and gas flow is perfectly fine. Should mean no other parts require servicing. Must dispose of the old one also.
