Hi tasker I don’t have gas in my place. So no stove and no hot water. I can confirm that I have gas with AGL. Im fitting new kitchen cabinets and a gas hotplate in our little apartment on Lygon st. The gas pipe had a flexible hose connecting to the hotplate. These are no longer legal so I need the existing pipe extended to the new hotplate. Excellent access, old cabinets are removed. New cabinets are not secured and can be pulled very easily.

Stove top has not provide gas since moved in. Have tried gas valve for it several times but not work. The apartment has hot water though. Need a licensed plumber come to fix the issue.
