Just a washer drier pump needing replacing

Hi, I have a WSU6603 dishwasher. The unit has power (internal light is on), and the door is properly closed, but none of the control panel buttons respond, including the AUTO OFF button. I have tried holding the Program and Delay buttons for over 5 seconds, but still no response. Also tried unplugging and cut off power. The machine is currently unusable.

My fridge does not cool properly, with the temperature consistently around 8-9°C even on the coldest setting.
