Hi, I need help with a Bosch SilencePlus dishwasher in West End. The Issue: 1. The dishwasher was showing a "Check Water" error and not draining properly. 2. While trying to clean the filter, the white plastic drain pump cover accidentally fell into the pump housing/sump hole (see attached photos). 3. I need someone with the right tools (long needle-nose pliers, hemostat, or pick-up tool) to retrieve the cover and click it back into place. Requirements: • Retrieve the fallen plastic cover from the pump area. • Ensure the cover is correctly reinstalled (clicked into place). • Test a quick cycle to ensure the "Check Water" error is gone and it drains properly. • Must be completed before April 14th. Electrolux EWF12753 Drain hose all cracked up and leaking. I think i am 80% of the way dismantling it to access the hose and replace but now i am stuck.
