Leaking washing machine. Needs to be fixed

Re-wire ceiling electrical mains to connector plug that connects with a replacement fan motor for Mercator Trinidad 2 ceiling fan. The motor (model number FRM 105) for the Trinidad 2 ceiling fan is discontinued but is compatible with the motor for the Trinidad 3 (model number FRM 105A). The mains needs to be connected to a wire connector that fits into the motor connector. There is no requirement to fit the ceiling fan, just wire the mains into a connector. I imagine it would be a very quick job for a electrician!

We have a roof to repair below the existing solar system & heating We need it dismantled and removed prior to us replacing a few sheets below. We will need to solar system reconnected after works are completed.

Powerpoint is not working well

Washing machine wobbles and moves too much when it’s on. Screws on bottom need to be adjusted. Have tried myself but screws seem stuck and machine too heavy.

My washing machine is going crazy and doing a very loud noise when running. It feels it will explode. Anyone to fix it?

Pump that expels water seems to be failing. Cycle stops. Light flashes. Water is left in base of machine. I have done the usual checks. (Impeller). Have run dishwasher cleaner. Occasionally can clear and get a cycle. But mostly cycle stops.

We currently have a small fisher and paykel dishwasher. We need to remove this and install a full-size new dishwasher. There is currently a drawer that will need to be removed and a small about of wooden cupboard that will need to be cut out so the new dishwasher will be fitted correctly.

My Miele dishwasher tips forward when open. Need someone to replace brackets/ screws at top and sides? Can’t find either so would need to be supplied.

Aircon of my shop has stopped working - called the installers and they said it could be in need of a filter clean. There is a man hole and access door to remove the filter and clean it or replace it. I need you to com in and do that for me pls. Today wound be an amazing! Filter has not been changed for 10 months. Let me know if you have questions. Need a new rubber seal installed on my washing machine. I have the new seal just need someone to install it. Machine is a Hisense HWFY7514
