Existing 90 cm Rangehood required to be replaced with new appliance (already purchased) I live on an apartment building built in late 80's 3 storey walk up. There is existing ducted ventillation which is ducted through the roof which I would like replaced entirely - so request is for complete removal of existing appliance and ducting, and replacement with new ducting and appliance. Not sure how the external roof is accessed, only know that there is a manhole to get into the roof cavity.

Ignition never works first time. After pressing it 15-20 times, it sounds like it’s going to blow up and finally starts to work. Smells a bit gassy. It’s a 2 yr old Webber Q3100

Aircon of my shop has stopped working - called the installers and they said it could be in need of a filter clean. There is a man hole and access door to remove the filter and clean it or replace it.
