Need an experienced appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer. Issues: Stops mid-cycle and continuously beeps. Won't drain and is left full of water. Dishes have recently been coming out dirty. After resetting, it now makes a drilling/grinding noise during the wash cycle. Tenant has cleaned and reset the unit, but the problem persists. Gaggenau model number: DF481562F/72 Serial number: 00089 Looking for someone to repair the sliding rail on an integrated dishwasher. One of the internal drawer rails has failed and no longer slides properly. The other side is working normally. From what I can see: * One of the rail assemblies appears to be missing or has lost the small steel ball bearings. * The faulty rail is beginning to separate and bind when opening/closing. * Photos are attached for reference. Our Smartwash400 dishwasher is not draining properly. We think the issue might be related to the switch/mechanism that controls the draining, but we’re not completely sure.
