One of the internal drawer rails has failed and no longer slides properly. The other side is working normally. From what I can see: * One of the rail assemblies appears to be missing or has lost the small steel ball bearings. * The faulty rail is beginning to separate and bind when opening/closing. * Photos are attached for reference. Our Smartwash400 dishwasher is not draining properly. We think the issue might be related to the switch/mechanism that controls the draining, but we’re not completely sure. Looking for someone experienced with dishwasher repairs to diagnose and fix the problem. The dishwasher still turns on, but water stays in the bottom after a cycle.
