The area is approximately 7 metres wide, with screening roughly 1.8 metres high, subject to measuring onsite. Proposed layout Two screening runs using these attachment points: • Point A: far patio pole. • Point B: middle patio pole. • Point C: garage brick wall. The existing boundary fence is leaning. Nothing can be attached to it or rely on it for support. Please inspect the patio poles and brickwork to confirm whether they can safely support the proposed screen, and include any additional supports required in your quote. What we’re after • A neat, modern finish that conceals the old fence. • Affordable, durable materials suitable for outdoor rain and sun. • Preferably a charcoal or similar dark finish. No bamboo. • Removable sections so we can access behind the screen for cleaning and maintenance. Smaller panels secured with removable bolts would be fine; hinges aren’t essential. • A suitable gap between the screen and existing fence. We’re renting so keeping costs down and making removal straightforward are priorities. We have permission for an independent screen, with approval for the specific fixings to be confirmed before installation. Photos show the site and attachment points. I need the bottom rubber weather seal replaced on my B&D sectional double garage door. The garage door is approximately 4.9 metres wide. The existing rubber bottom seal is old, damaged and has come out/deformed at both ends. The aluminium bottom seal retainer is already installed. The ends of the retainer appear to be slightly bent/flared on both sides (photos attached), which may be part of the existing installation. Job required: * Remove the existing damaged bottom rubber seal. * Supply and install the correct replacement rubber seal compatible with the existing B&D aluminium retainer. * Approximately 4.9 m door width. * Check that the new seal sits correctly across the full width of the door and seals properly against the garage floor. * Retain the existing aluminium bottom retainer unless there is a genuine issue with it and needs replacement. Please note that the garage door lifting cables and bottom brackets are not to be altered as part of the seal replacement. Photos of the existing seal, aluminium retainer and both ends of the garage door are attached. Please include the replacement seal/material in your offer and let me know if you have previous experience replacing B&D sectional garage door bottom seals.

Looking for someone to rehang an existing internal door so that it opens from the opposite side. I already have the door and all hardware. The job will involve removing and rehanging the door, repositioning the hinges and door handle/latch as required. Please bring your own tools.
