Install New Marble Entry Pull Handle on Front Door I need a professional/experienced handyman or installer to install a new Lo & Co Ora Entry Pull in Carrara Marble on my main front/entry door. I previously had the same marble handle already installed in this exact location, so the door already has the existing mounting position/holes. One side of the old handle came loose/off. I tried to secure it again with glue, but unfortunately a small section of the marble broke, so I have purchased a completely new replacement handle. What I need: * Remove the old/damaged marble handle carefully. * Clean/remove any remaining glue or residue as required. * Install the new Ora Carrara Marble entry pull in the same position. * Check the existing holes/fixings and make sure everything is properly aligned. * Ensure the new handle sits flush, straight and secure without putting unnecessary pressure on the marble. * Please take extra care as this is natural marble and can crack if installed incorrectly. Important: I have the manufacturer’s installation guide and will provide it to the installer. The guide specifically says the screws must pass freely through the door, the handle must be correctly aligned, and the final tightening must be done by hand only — no power drill/impact driver for tightening the marble handle. Lo & Co also recommends using a professional installer for the best result. This is only one handle on my main front door. I already have the brand-new replacement handle ready to be installed. Looking for someone experienced with door hardware / premium handles / marble or delicate fittings who can install it properly and securely.

Two of window frames are rotten and need to be replaced.

We are selling our house and need a few odd jobs done - we need two doors shaved down so they close properly - we need some edging installed around the trampoline (we have the edging) and we need the paving out the back repointed - might have other jobs TBC
