Door frame sinking on one side. I did sanding but i feel like it is sinking faster than I sand it. So I am looking for a more permanent fix. the sink is about 10mm at the top of the frame. Which one is more suitable? 1. rehang the door frame 2. or maybe get underneath to reinforce the foundation? Please offer your solution and price and I will consider if it is reasonable. Thank you!

The existing doors have smaller holes, and need to be redrilled to be made larger (to 54mm) for the new door handles to fit. See pictures of existing doors + new ones to be installed.
