Require garage roller motor (with remote controls)installed to existing roller door. Roller door approx dimensions are Width 2.4m x High 1.8m. The existing roller door is a B and D small garage door. Our large William Russell front door (1200x2340mm) needs light sanding and restaining due to UV damage from western sun. The difficulty is it’s two tone vic ash and jarrah veneer, so it requires careful application. The part on right should ideally match the frame colour and the left should only get a non yellowing clearcoat. The indoor side is a much closer match to frame but also browned over time. Prefer someone who has done a door like this before.

I feel on my door and have detached some of the hinges

We have two sliding doors that require inspection and repair. The first door is located outside the dining room. It is a timber-framed sliding door with glass panels, approximately 2040 mm high and 1200 mm wide. It runs on two wheels along a bottom track. Due to its age, it no longer slides smoothly and occasionally gets stuck. The lock is also faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. The second door is a top-hung sliding door, approximately 82 cm wide and 204 cm high. It also does not slide smoothly and occasionally gets stuck on the track. We are looking for an experienced handyman to inspect both doors and carry out the necessary repairs. If the doors cannot be repaired to operate smoothly, please provide a quote for replacement options.
