Please help fix sagging door. It’s a timber door on a metal frame as in the picture. The top hinge section was previously broken because the pneumatic door closer from the security door was incorrectly closed and pushed into this door, so you can see some bits being snapped. So currently it’s reinstalled at a higher position but still not aligned. Can’t be closed properly unless lifted up with force. The other 2 hinges down the middle and bottom are totally fine.

Need to change 6 door handles in my home. I have removed them all but the new handles have a different insertion shape (rectangle), so you’d would need to chisel a rectangle shape to fit in the hinge, when the old one was circle. I’ve attached photos for reference. Old handle was chrome and I’m changing them to Matt black.

Need help with removing a bifold door off my European laundry, pulling out old washing machine and installing a new washing machine, then reattaching the door. Hoping to get it done today (17/12)

Need to plaster around window. I will further strip back plaster above window. I have plasterboard, pvc beading, plaster multi-purpose already. Just not confident in plastering the window area myself. Want the full window border plastered. I don't have spray adhesive for the pvc beading, but I do have joint/stud adhesive. Want this done asap.

We need a decent handy person to install 2 eye screws into the joists in our ceiling for a swing / trapeze for our kids. It should be a pretty quick job but we want it done right so it doesn't fall down while the kids are on it. The ceiling is suspended on batons attached to the joists which are about 65mm above the plaster ceiling so a stud finder won't work but you can get a view of the joist from through the light fitting. Require a handyman to SUPPLY and INSTALL an external gate lock - one that can be unlocked from the opposite/front side of the gate as well. The gate has bricks next to it which may require being drilled into.
