The rubber glazing seal around my aluminium sliding door melted after a small fire. The glass seems intact but the seal needs replacement

We have 2 glass sliding doors. One is about 3m long and 2.6m high.It opens about 30% then can’t be budged. I have opened the two panels at the top revealing the adjustment bolts. One bolt is missing. The other smaller door is really hard to budge and I haven’t opened the panels.

Door not latching as strike plate did not fit between door and frame. Need to manually press in the top latch. Likely just need to file the metal down so it closes on its own.
