The roller door itself is still installed and currently works manually, however the automatic motor/opener is no longer working. And it makes a super loud screech noise when opening. Looking for an experienced window repairer to quote on restoration of one awning (push-out) aluminum frame window at my home. Please supply all parts. What needs doing: Fly screen mesh has come away from the frame at the bottom-right corner and is torn. Re-mesh or replace the screen, fitted properly and cleaned up. Screen/window frame – aluminium frame needs checking, cleaning and any loose or damaged sections fixed so the screen sits flush. Winder – the window winder/handle at the base needs inspecting and repairing or replacing so the window opens and closes smoothly. How I'd like to run it: Stage 1 – $50 for an on-site inspection and a quote for the full restoration, including all parts and labour. Garage door is closing but struggles to open

Looking for someone experienced with Centurion garage door openers to carry out a general service/maintenance. The garage door occasionally gets stuck while closing and reverses back up. If I press the button again, it usually closes normally the second time. I’d like this issue checked as part of the service. Ideally looking for a standard annual garage door service, including inspection, adjustment, lubrication and safety checks, and fixing the intermittent issue if possible. Please let me know your service fee and what is included. If any parts or additional repairs are required, please advise before proceeding.

Replace existing external timber door slab only. Reuse existing hinges and lock/handle where possible. Existing frame stays. I can supply a basic external flush door. Please quote labour only, fixed price.

I have 4 IKEA Billy bookcases (3 regular, 1 narrow) that are built but need anchoring to the dry wall with appropriate screws. I have the screws and brackets but not dry wall specific anchors (no studs) and no live wire detector so would be needing these supplied by the Tasker. Also there are 3 doors that need to be attached as per the IKEA instructions that I figured I may as well request with the job. BYO tools please and ideally looking for someone with experience.

I need my back door taken off the hinges a piece of wood added to the bottom to bridge the gap and then the door to be reattached

Supply and install one internal study-room door into an existing door jamb. Opening is approximately 755mm wide × 2020mm high, door thickness 35mm. Existing hinge recesses are still present.
