fixed broken wooden door and foldable slidding door does not close property

Im moving out,I need someone to remove and take out my Ring doorbell at the front,and the frame at the back as Im bringing it with me to the apartment.It wont take 10 mins but I just dont have the tools to do it.You need to have tools with you as this is electric drilled or screwed I think.I tried to remove the one at the back but 1 screw is so tight and I cant take it off myself.I need it done today please.Thanks :)

My partner and I need someone to fix a door to our laundry. It’s a bi-fold hinge door that one section has come off of due to the hinges breaking. I’ve taken a picture of the current situation with one half of the door still attached and the other half is being kept in storage. I have also purchased the hinges to replace the broken ones (pictures attached also), however, it would be great if whoever did the job was able to supply their own tools.
