One extension spring on my tilt garage door has fully detached — the spring, anchor bolt, washer and rubber bumper have come off at the top anchor point and the spring is sitting on the floor. The opposite side is intact and working, so there’s a reference to match against. Need someone experienced with garage door springs to: • Supply/match correct anchor hardware (part-thread hex bolt, mudguard washer, nyloc nut) etc • Refit and tension safely, door open/supported • Check the working side too, since springs are a matched-age pair Appears as though the bolt has bent and come loose, spring and frame appear to have no damage. Just needs to be reattached

Hang a heavy wooden barn door on a steel frame ensuite

The sliding flyscreen door is no longer sliding smoothly and appears to have dropped out of its track. It is dragging along the bottom and may have come off the rollers or require realignment

I need to close up a gap between the bottom of my laundry/garage door to the floor. I am currently using a door seal but need something more durable and permanent

Due to the winter cold the door has warped and doesn’t seem to be aligned with the frame. This means that the door cannot shut properly and is rubbing against the frame causing difficulty in opening and closing.

Door handle broken from outside and needs replacement

I recently brought my cat to live with me in a rental share house. He needs to be able to come and go from my room at night, but I don't want to sleep with my bedroom door open. I have purchased a second-hand door, and a cat flap. The new door is exactly same size as my current bedroom door (standard 820 x 2040 x 35mm, hollow in the middle). The handles are at the same height. I'd like to have a cat flap installed into the new door, have my current bedroom door removed for safe storage, and have the new door installed into the frame.

I need help hanging a door that needs to be planed to fit properly.

Rehang existing cavity sliding bathroom door. Existing timber cavity sliding door and cavity are already in place. Top track appears to still be installed. Door is currently not attached and is missing the roller/hanger hardware at the top. Need someone to: • Assess existing cavity slider setup • Supply compatible roller/hanger hardware if required • Rehang and adjust door so it slides correctly Door and wall appear in good condition.
