Looking for someone experienced with roller gates to fix the following issues: Track appears rusty at one end. When opening fully, the gate bounces back and starts closing again. I’ll attach photos to show the problem. Please bring any tools/materials needed for the repair. The track will need to be replaced. Will require redoing concrete as well.

Install draft kit to front door. Four exterior doors are drafty. I need someone to identify the right product to seal the doors as well as possible and fit the product to my doors. I can do the shopping once I know what’s needed. This will require at least 2 visits to assess and fit.
