Need help with fixing a wooden sliding door on my ensuite. It looks like the roller wheels are not aligned on the rails making it hard to slide.

I have a brand-new Pillar stainless steel/aluminium security screen door that I need installed at my unit in Hawthorn East. Unfortunately, the door was a special order and appears to be slightly too large for my existing doorway. As it was custom ordered, I am unable to return it and have not had any success selling it. I am looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, door installer, or security door specialist who can assess the situation and provide a practical solution. This may involve modifying the security door itself, adjusting the existing door frame, or making alterations to the doorway to achieve a professional and secure fit. Door #1 - front entry door - fit and install new front door - install smart lock (bolt) - latch needs to be fixed/secured as seen on photo Door #2 - interior door - convert door into sliding barn door (dont have this but assume can simply buy from Bunnings) - install new interior door and convert to a sliding / barn door (currently a normal open door) We have bought the two new doors already, the existing front door isn’t standard dimensions to my knowledge (not an expert).
