Hi! Our wedding is 8 Nov and we'd love an on the day coordinator to ensure back of house is running smoothly. It's 32 people and at home across two locations, Linley Point and Glebe. Everything will be set up + styled, but we'd like someone to help with : 1. Troubleshooting on the day / ensuring everything runs smoothly 2.Ceremony Vendor Coordination - serving as the single point of contact for two vendors (Celebrant, Waitstaff), overseeing set up and breakdown, troubleshooting any vendor issues and ensuring deliveries arrive at the correct time 3. Ceremony flow - cuing music and processional timing, coordinating with officiant, and the wedding party, managing transitions between ceremony and cocktail hour 4. Reception Vendors - opening up the house for the reception + ensuring two vendors (Florist and chef) can have access to the house. Thank you!

Looking for an on the day wedding coordinator to be available from 2pm-4:30pm approx to assist with the wedding ceremony. I would like them on the day to make sure guests fill from the front of the church, take the church pamphlets to the church and make sure the florist/music at church all under control, hand out flower petals to guests to throw up to the bride and groom, let guests know where they need to be next, help anyone order a taxi or Uber to reception.
