Hi, I am looking for someone to setup the reception venue for my wedding. We will provide all of the flowers (single stem roses in bud vases) and all of the decorations (candles, menus, placecards). The setup will consist in arranging the tables in a pretty way and placing the place cards and menus on the tables on the day. The time slot allocated to this will be anytime from 9am and it has to be ready by 4pm. 15 tables approx. + small bridal table (seats 4 people). Pick up of the flowers/decorations is in Darlinghurst/Balmain and the reception is in Blakehurst.
