I need a pagola fixing (already started, needs finishing) and outdoor furniture fixing.

1. Shower room – The shower is leaking from the side. The silicone sealing has been done poorly, and there is excess silicone around the hinges, wall and shower frame. 2. Seals in the rooms – The sealant joints are still not finished properly, leaving gaps that are letting cold air into the rooms. 3. Painting – The wall painting has not been completed properly, and some areas have been left unfinished. 4. Sockets – Two sockets upstairs have not been connected correctly. 5. Kitchen and bathroom doors – The edges of both doors have not been sanded and painted properly and the finish is not up to standard. 6. Porch door – The porch door is not fitted straight, and there are gaps allowing wind to come through. 7. Porch paintwork – The paintwork in the porch is messy, with paint marks and splashes visible in various areas. 8. Roof – The roof screws are already showing signs of rust, and the joints between the roof panels have opened up. We will need to hire a local builder to reseal the joints, replace the screws and install a proper roof covering.
