Need 2 internal doors fitting with frame & 1 sliding bathroom door

The top hinge on two internal doors has come away (hinges aren't right for weight of doors). One further door needs a little shaving off as its catching carpet.

An external door frame needs some work. There is a gap and it needs a better finish. I have checked with a door/window company and they've said that the best thing to do is expanding foam to fill the gaps, with some colour matched trims and silicone, as this will last longest and give it the best finish. Sadly, they've said it's not something they can do.
