I have a washing machine that needs installing

Two washing machines have broken down with 5C error code within one month. So this machine is one month old and doesn’t drain water. We would need someone to check if the machine is truly broken and the water pump is faulty. The filter has been cleaned and we have also done the bucket test. The water is not coming out.

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
