There's a leak from the washing machine

There is a small leak from my flat to the flat below need to pull out washing machine diagnose problem and fix it I believe it may need a hose replacement but I am not sure

I think the sinks U bend needs cleared. Or the blockage might be further down the drain.

I need a deep cleaning of a washing machine from the mold

The washer-dryer is not heating. I tested the Cotton 60°C programme and after 10–15 minutes the door glass remained completely cold. It appears the heating element or temperature sensor may have failed. The machine otherwise runs normally and shows no error codes.

The washing machine is already in place — I just need someone who knows what they’re doing to reconnect it properly and make sure it’s fully working. Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
