This is a primrose awning fitted about 3 years ago, remote retraction.

We got a built in wardrobe and two of our power sockets got covered up in the process. We need to cut through some of the wood so that the sockets can be used again

Need a hand reattaching a single wall panel on an Insignia MXOS1700 hybrid sauna that's already fully assembled. It's a wooden cabin-style sauna (Harvia stove plus infrared panels, 1700 x 1500mm) - everything else is built and in place, this panel is the only outstanding bit. It's really a two-person job to line the panel up and seat it properly, which is why I can't do it solo. The panels join with cam-lock fittings and there's a simple plug connector to reconnect - no electrical or wiring knowledge needed, the sauna's already wired and I'm not asking anyone to touch that side. If you've put together flat-pack furniture or a sauna before you'll have no trouble, realistically under an hour. Metal awning remove from front of house

I need help with a 3 mounting and 1 shower floor repair tasks . 1) Mounting a TV to the wall. I already have the TV mount and have included photos. 2) Mounting two laundry drying racks to the wall. 3) Securing an IKEA PAX wardrobe to the wall. 4) Repairing and resealing the concrete shower floor. Most of the walls appear to be drywall with studs nearby. I would appreciate advice on what fixings or materials I should have ready, or if you prefer to bring your own. For the shower, the sealant on the concrete floor has started peeling near the drain. I would like the remaining sealant to be sanded back so the surface is smooth, then a fresh coat applied. I already have the sealant and the tools for applying it, but I do not have anything suitable for sanding the old coating off. Please share your quote, estimated time required, and anything else you need from me before the job.
