I need an experienced builder/render specialist to repair a damaged external window sill/cornice on the first floor of my property. The front edge of the sill has broken away and needs to be repaired properly—not simply filled over. The job should include: * Inspect the damaged area. * Remove all loose and damaged material. * Check for any corroded reinforcement or underlying issues. * Rebuild the missing section using a suitable exterior structural repair mortar or equivalent. * Match the existing profile and shape of the sill. * Ensure the sill has the correct fall/drip edge to prevent future water damage. * Make good and repaint the repaired section to match the existing colour.

I want to install a sunshade in my garden.

I have bought an electric awning that is 4 metres wide and 75kg in weight. It needs fitting above my patio doors at the rear of my house. The fitter will need at least 1 other person with them due to weight and size of the item, potentially 2 more. They will also need at least 2 sets of ladders tall enough to reach 2.5-2.75m up.
