It’s a day’s work and we will pay £120 for dismantling only and extra for removing the wardrobes with a van. Strip off the remaining old render from the garden wall because it’s letting water in and has started to bubble/blister. Then re-render the whole wall with new material so it’s properly sealed. More than half the old render has already been removed, so just finish the rest and complete the re-render.

I have a metal side gate/door to the garden which has metal frame and post with 2 metal hinges. 1 hinge has the weld which is broken and needs to be re-welded to the post side

Hi there My sauna heater seems to have a thermostat issue - it cuts off and i have to use the reset button to get it working again. More generally, not sure how good my sauna setup is - it is a Polhus Jorma model which I built myself and came with a a Harvia heater. I am looking to have the cracks patched up on exterior render covering a planter on our roof terrace.

Install plasterboard in alcove and plaster. I will supply materials. Alcove area needs to flush with wall so that furniture can be placed in that area of the room . As per the picture the alcove area is not a flat wall so the area will need to be built to align with wall.

The awning of the shop is bending to one side , need repair.

Just to explain the issue, in February we started getting a leak through our living room ceiling light fixture, it was coming from the patio of the flat above. The flat above is council owned so we contacted them to assess the issue and was informed it was a waterlogged patio. Since then the council have informed us the issue has been resolved. It had caused some internal damage such as slight paint bubbling and damage to the plaster. Potential electrical damage but we have not tried to use the light since leak started. Looking for someone qualified to handle all issues. Repair of water damage, repair of plaster & refit of new lights. Price can be negotiated, as not sure of work cost

Old Mitsubishi car (2004), passenger door needs to be taken off, metal/steel plate needs to be welded on, door put back and attached to the metal/steel plate. It doesn’t need to be beautiful but I think you need a gas welder for this kind of work. We have had this work done already in the driver side - please see picture.
