The boxing will be out of battens and drywall so we can fit spotlights.Corner trim need to be installed for us to skim. You have to be professional at this. Length of kitchen is 2.7m Depth of the boxing will be 30cm Height of the boxing 40cm Materials: available on site battens, plasterboard You’d need your own tools and need trims Since you are a carpenter I need beading to be cut with 45 degrees And small skirting piece installed (70cm in length) no need to do any decorative works only cut and install. I need carpenter/drywall for the day

The motor on our electric awning has failed and needs replacing

My old built in wardrobe has been dismantled and in the front garden of my lower ground flat. I would like it removed.

I have had a set of steps moved and where they were up against the house some rendering needs replacing and painting. Also had a new flat roof put on the garage and some of the renting there is cracking and falling away so needs replacing. Also have a small area of outside paint work that needs some waterproof paint putting over it.

Patches of rendering (two spots) have blown on the surface of the front wall of the house and needs repair. Currently there is scaffolding "left" and not retrieved by builders that can be used. They are meant to pick it up but so far they have not so this can be used for now. please respond only if you have experience of working with external rendering with correct render mix not just a basic cement mix. The house is 100 years old.

Rack came out of the drywall due to weight. Drywall holes need to be filled in and rack re-fixed

The metal frame of our double children’s buggy has sheared in one place underneath. Have been advised by manufacturer that it should be possibly to fix by a competent welder with torch. Are you that person? :-) Needs to be a solid fix: buggy carries 2x infants each ~15kg each (Buggy seat / material can be removed)

Install the awning on the attached picture (6 meter wide) to the house on the attached picture. Also to fix the playhouse floor. See picture attached.

* several holes to be patched (not painted) Some of the holes are on load bearing parts of the wall and some of them are on stud wall. * curtain rod to be properly fixed to an exterior wall (currently quite loose)

Just ordered an awning from Wayfair, just needed someone to fit it on the front of the porch for me

Awning's chain needs replacing or welding it back together as it snapped. Picture of how the chain normally looks like attached - circled(photo from a different shop, but same type of awning). Photo of the damaged one attached also.

A custom built-in wardrobe and shelves for our awkward angled wall (8ft across in total but ~100cm along the wall angels inwards for the remaining length ~150cm). Happy to use Ikea units if that will help bring the costs down. The light switch will need moving slightly too.
