I have bought an electric awning that is 4 metres wide and 75kg in weight. It needs fitting above my patio doors at the rear of my house. The fitter will need at least 1 other person with them due to weight and size of the item, potentially 2 more. They will also need at least 2 sets of ladders tall enough to reach 2.5-2.75m up. The awning also needs to be wired to an existing cable for power. Attached are pics of where it is to be fitted, and the awning in its packaging. Hi I need an expert to render part of my garden wall - shown in the attached photo. It's a corner. The areas are approximately 180 cms wide x 180 cms high plus 275 cms wide x 180 cms high. The existing wall is in good condition but is painted over with slightly flakey paint. The trellis will be removed by me.
