This is initially an ad-hoc opportunity, with the potential to lead to more regular and consistent work in the future. Previous trade or practical experience is preferred, such as: Builder Carpenter/joiner Handyman Experienced professional DIYer You must be comfortable using tools, following instructions, working carefully around customers’ properties, and speaking fluent English. The first job is expected to take around half a day, potentially less. You will travel to the job with me. Starting pay: £80, with the opportunity for this to increase depending on experience, performance and how well we work together. Repair deteriorated exterior concrete window sills and make good damaged render around several windows. The work includes filling cracks, rebuilding chipped and broken sections, repairing minor cracks in the external concrete/plinth around the house, preparing the surfaces, and repainting the repaired areas to match the existing finish.
