To finish off bathroom tiling/grouting around the toilet in the bathroom.

I have a small bathroom I will like to put tile flooring

11m2 walls 3.5m2 floors to be tiled. 15m2 altogether. Black grout on walls and matching grout for beige floor tiles. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 18 November 2022

For a wet room 1.7 m x 1.8 m, I've listed the work needed in the below 10 points: 1. Remove existing tiles and prepare walls and floor for tiling (with any fillings/ leveling needed on wall+floor and sheet on floor), and then tiling all walls and floor. Roughly between 16-18 sq m. 2. A shelf (space) to be made within the wall near shower before tiling 3. Install Shower Panel (connection is ready), Install Shower Enclosure 4. Install Back to wall WC unit (replace old), Install Douche spray near WC 5. Replace Basin with a Basin Vanity unit, Install LED Mirror (connection available) 6. Hide pipes in a small hinged box with a lid that could open (leaving it open from bottom) 7. Connect radiator back after tiles are done 8. Trim Two doors with handles 9. Replace wet room ceiling with board or panels, replace ceiling flush light 10. Some other items to be screwed like towel rail, toilet roll holder, small corner wall shelf, door stopper Please check the photos attached.

Replace about 10 cracked tiles - mostly around the window shelf. Put tiles where skirting board is - about 4m in length. And our down flooring tiles, tiles have already been removed except under and around the toilet and sink that need to be lifted to do this. Already have tiling, adhesive and grout and in process of getting plywood. Floor space is max 4m2 and new tiles are 45 X 45 cm tiles so relatively big.
