I need the radiator moving to make room for the door change. I need the typical hinge door changing to a sliding barn door style. The door might need changing if it doesn’t work with the original door. The radiator needs to be moved to the wall on the right where the plug socket is, it will be changed to a vertical radiator. I have attached the original door and a mock up of what it needs to look like. We would provide the door (if needed) and radiator.

Wall is approx 3.5m wide by 2.4m high, with 2 large windows. Remove radiator and curtain poles. Strip all blown plaster back to masonry. Seal the wall and apply rough coat as neccessary Replaster / apply final skim to whole wall to a good standard. Remove all waste and leave room clean & respectable. Picture 1 shows whole wall to be worked on. Picture 2 & 3 shows the type of cracking in it's current condition.
