Outside Remove broken white fridge, old cooker, and other rubbish to skip. Grey fridge (working) was mistakenly left outside (already taken back in). Satellite dish LNB left hanging—needs refitting to the dish. Kitchen Ceiling panel and plaster sagging/cracked from water leak (likely toilet above) → needs replacement. Floorboards removed but not replaced; pipes need securing to wall. Plastering: Around doorframe left incomplete with gaps. Base of wall only partly plastered; wallpaper to be removed and wall skimmed. One wall untouched except a corner; needs wallpaper removal and full skim. Another corner partly plastered; full wall skim needed for even finish. Stairway & Landing Ceiling at bottom of stairs unfinished, corner against stairs left. Plastering is patched rather than skimmed; needs full skim for even texture before painting. Small Bedroom Missing skirting. One wall untouched with central crack; needs plasterboard replacement and skimming. Bathroom Window not closing properly (hinge broken). Missing trim on window edge. Plastering above sink only half done—needs completing. Toilet may be leaking (was fine before, possibly damaged). Ceiling damage—requires filling/skimming. Other Items Velux window in attic broken. Living room door & frame replacement started but not completed.

Internal door needs planing, a section at the bottom jigsawed out to put in a small cat door and door to be rehung.

I have a reel of Govee outdoor strip led light (approx 32.6ft) I would like fitting permanently to the upper facias of my property approx 20-25 feet in height. My property is a new build and all the facias are brand new and plastic. The lights have already been purchased and come with fixtures but I don’t have a long enough ladder or the knowledge to ensure the facias don’t crack if I drill into them. The lights themselves have 3m sticky tape running the full length so the screw in fixtures would only need to be very sporadic in case of really bad weather over the winter. Power wise there are 5 outdoor sockets already fixed at various points around the property. Initial plan would be to run it up in front of 1x drainpipe, along the underside of the roof facia, then down the left side of the large upstairs window and continuing along the facia of the bay window to “frame” the front upstairs of the house

Remove lower panel in door so it can be put back in place when I move (rented property). Install a large dog panel for a chubby Labrador in a replacement panel uPVC door.

Bathroom door has come off its hinges, I need someone to come over and drill it back onto the frame!
