Door of postbox has been forced inwards and unable to shut. Needs correcting to be able to open/shut properly

I need someone to hang up outdoor Christmas lights on the outside of the house hanging off the top of the house. Therefore, I need someone that has a ladder that can reach the top of the house. We have the lights and we have the clips that go on the top of the pipes. We just need someone that has a ladder long enough that would be willing to hang up the lights.

The bottom of my mirror has cracked in three places

I’m looking for someone experienced who can drill into an RSJ lintel above my French doors and front door, then fit a small piece of wood securely in place so I can attach curtain poles later. I’ve tried myself but my drill won’t go through the lintel, so I’ll need someone with the right tools and know-how to get it done properly. I’ll provide the materials — just need the labour. There’s also a possible second job available: boxing in around my fireplace. If you’re able to take a look while you’re here, that would be great. I’m based in Swadlincote and can pay cash. the rear sliding patio door is rotten. In addition the frame is also showing signs of wear. During our inspection it was not possible to open the patio door; the keys to the lock would not turn. The patio door was next to the water leak from the gutter, and it is possible that the locks have absorbed water over time and rusted internally. Although it may be possible to repair the locks and mechanism, due to the rotten frame and general state of the patio door

Some of the interior walls have cracking that happens in new homes. Need filling in and possibly painting over. The door handle one of the bedrooms needs replacing
