Renato arrived right on time and got to work sorting out the badly fitted 6 panel shutters on the patio doors. He was finished in a couple of hours. He is a professional and had all the tools necessary to just get on with the job. No hassle, very efficient. His engineering background means he can fix nearly anything. Thank you Renato. If I had had to replace those shutters, it would have cost over £2000. I have been trying to get them fixed for the past couple of years after the installing company couldn't sort it out, and eventually said they weren't supplying those doors any more. Need a plumber to 2nd fix a new wall toilet and box unit, basin and shower folding door and help to finish off the tiling. The previous plumber has done the 1st fix. The tiling left is for the plywood box (wall and top) to hide the toilet and then to align to the basin line on the other wall (see photo, so up to the top half as I will paint afterwards), and 20cm x 70cm at the top of the shower on front side. And add grouting throughout as you can see from the photos. This is underneath the stairs so small dimensions and locations of items will be the same. Also require connecting a waterproof shower light strip and new light switch. All bathroom items and materials such as tiles and grouting all ready. Also, looking to do main bathroom after this if good job done.
