I’ve already done all the prep and the first coat of colour, but have now run out of time to do the second coat, the coving and the bay window and door frame. That’s all that needs doing: - Second coat of colour on all walls, including 2 radiators, 4 shelves fixed to wall, and fireplace. - White coat onto coving - White coat onto bay window frame and door frame. I have two towel rails in the bathroom that are not secure. One fell off! And one is a bit unstable. I think it's because there is not much support behind the drywall or plasterboard. I need someone to take a look and see if they can secure them and if not remove them and patch it up. I may also like some small cracks here and there to be filled and patched and the windows to be touched up with paint if not too expensive. When opening the window the seal embedded in the frame falls out as it has perished making it difficult to close the window. - Due date: Flexible

I have sash windows and the weight mechanism is faulty for the upper pane so a Sash Window company suggested that if someone put a large screw in the outside frame then it will prevent the top pane from sliding down due to the faulty weight. It’s a short job but needed someone with a power tool etc to carry out - Due date: Before Monday, 19 December 2022

The window frame (I think aluminium) seems to have a crack in the top corner and down the right side. Draughts and moisture are coming, which have been attempted to be covered with some foam, which helps a little. Hopefully a repair with some special filler will do the job, as funds for a new window frame are tight. I have a video as well, but cannot share it here. - Due date: Flexible
