Change leaking kitchen tap

In my bathroom, I need to unglue an existing mirror which seems really hard to detach (a guy has already tried with steel wire without much success). After the mirror has been unglued, I would need to mount a mirror cabinet (already partially assembled) in its place. Please bring all the required tools for the job, especially to remove the mirror which seems the hard part. The wall is made of plasterboard. It would be nice to reuse the mirror but not strictly necessary and I would very much prefer to damage/ destroy the mirror than the wall. Note: I will be out of London till 7th December (included), so the earliest for the task is 8th December.

The kitchen cupboard door, one hinge is broken. I have bought two new hinges to be attached and the door replaced. Also two guitar mounts to be drilled into the wall and a screw for a mirror to hang on also to be drilled in please

Had a new shower part replaced and some of the tiles had to be removed - need fitting. Also some painting in the kitchen/hallway/lounge. Its for the purpose of selling so not looking to do it all, just the damp works and ceiling to cover the damp stains caused by a leak in our neighbours place.
