I need help drying and waterproofing a section of wet drywall. The task includes assessing moisture levels, thoroughly drying the area with fans or dehumidifiers, checking for damage or mold, lightly sanding if necessary, and applying a suitable waterproofing primer or sealant. Please bring any tools or materials you typically use, and let me know if I need to purchase anything beforehand. Cleanup of the workspace is also appreciated. its a small area in a bathroom

1. Remove the existing brick-rendered post. (red cross) 2. Relocate the sliding gate by approximately 25 cm; the gate is currently set in concrete with wooden posts. (blue arrow) 3. Fill in brickwork on the neighbour's side up to the new gate position using client-supplied bricks. 4. Move one metal DuraPost by approximately 15 cm including cutting patio paver as needed. (green arrow) Note: Sharp sand available on site for new concreting and all debris as part of the works to be removed from the site.

Properly clean/sand prepare and paint (2 coats) some of the exterior front elevation woodwork (see picture - pink area 1st floor/roof ridge highlight). Prepare and paint 2 coats external masonry rendered areas (see picture - blue area first floor). Scaffolding is currently in place and power will be supplied. We will provide the paint (oil based on wood) so please don't quote for that. I need the job to be done in the next 10 days.

There is a about a 12cm section of drywall that has come off. I have applied polyfilla to it but it will likely need another layer and to be sanded and painted. I have a sample piece of drywall that can be used to make paint. You will need to bring your own tools

Welding metal door two edge

Hello, I am doing some renovations on my bedroom, where we removed one ensuite bathroom. As a result, there is one full wall that needs plastering (length is 3.4m and height is 2.6 m) and another section of the wall that also needs plastering (length is 0.86m and height is 2.6 m) . The wall paper in the ceiling need to be removed and the whole ceiling should be made good (length is 4m by 3.4m wide). The pictures I have uploaded still have the studs that use to hold the bathroom wall but those will be gone by the time you start the job

I have a built in wardrobe. I need this dismantled/demolished. and removed.

Interior dry wall in kitchen. We would like to put up 3 rows of shelves. TBC on best way to make sure the shelves are strong enough on interior wall (studs?). Would need to be able to hold up jars, food supplies, cookbooks etc. Pictured are the shelves I am thinking of purchasing for this.

The hinge on the passenger car door came off of the car body. I needs to be welded back on. Should be a quick fix!

Awning measure up, supply and fit.
