Finish floor tiles, mostly round the edges pieces and cutting around radiator pipes

Finish bathroom floor tiling - 60x60cm tiles. Will require adhesive and one cement board to finish off. I can grout tiles myself so this is not a requirement. Mostly straight cuts except one piece around door frame.

We would like tiling laid in our main hall and porch. I'm attaching images of the hall with measurements. I have not included the porch but its dimensions are about 2 metre wide by about 50cm deep. We already have the tiles, borders and grout ready to be laid. They are Grosvenor black/blue tiles from Topps Tiles. The carpet will need to be taken up and wooden board laid down before tiling. I don't have the board so this will need to be measured and bought by the tiler. Thank you.

Budgetary quote to install a pergolux 5 x 3 pergola on a porcelain patio

We have a 6sqm room, 3x2 that needs porcelain tiles laying. They are 60cmx90cm tiles, so only a few to cut and lay. We have adhesive and grout, but no cutter. The tiles are 20mm thick.

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced builder with tools. I've recently had a new shower unit installed and require a builder to replace c30 bathroom tiles and install a shower screen. There is a slight hiccup, the previous builder cemented the piping into the wall and the cement is somewhat proud. This would need to be levelled for the tilling to be completed.
