I need help moving a heavy audio visual unit from upstairs to downstairs.

I need a van to help me move the contents my small storage locker at Access Self Storage, West Norwood, SE27, to a flatshare in Bermondsey, SE1. I used a Zip Car van back in August to move the items by myself in about an hour including driving, but since Zip Car shutdown last month I'm stuck.
