We have a freestanding cooker which we are replacing with an integrated hob and oven. The tasks required are: 1. Fitting a ENHET base cabinet for oven (assembled) bought from Ikea; 2. Replacing existing (carpentry/cutting required) 140cm worktop with same like for like worktop we have (laminate with chip wood interior - see photo) professionally and installing Bosch 5 burner gas hob on it; 3. Fitting a small bathroom cabinet door (basic drilling and screwing only required) and replacing kitchen and bedroom light switches.

One of four gas hobs keeps clicking when the fire is on

install a laminate worktop, cut holes to fit the sink and hob. The sink will also need a hole drilled for the tap. the worktop will be delivered on Tuesday 2nd. it will come with the mason joint. I need it finished by Thursday 4th please, as I will have guests for the weekend. The sink is oval and a composite material. The tap is standard not one that boils.

The cooker seems to be faulty. When i was cooking yesterday the fuse switch went down. Today I noticed the big cooker is stuck on the highest heat irrespective on whether you put it on the lowest setting. The cooker switch now will not allow me to turn it off.

Cooker repair needed. The cooker was working perfectly fine before and was barely used. I came back one day and it suddenly wouldn’t turn on at all. I’m not sure what the issue is. Hello, Re switch: We've had someone come in from AirTasker previously to do a few jobs who also replaced a dimmer switch but, in all honesty, made a mess of it - initially it would simply get hot but eventually the internals of the switch have melted and we are currently unable to use it. We'd like it done properly this time. We do not want one of the dimmer switches with the delay (which was installed) but rather the same as what we originally had. Re extractor fan: We haven't used the extractor fan since moving in but it always had a rattle as if the fan is hitting something. I am under the impression there is a lose wire or another component that's causing this. I believe that this isn't a full on repair job but rather just getting inside and adjusting things a bit, which I currently can't do due to some mobility issues.

I have cracked the ceramic hob of my Beko oven and have the replacement ready to go, I just need someone to remove the old one and fit the new one!
