There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. So overall jobs include: - Scrape & sand (removing flaking paint) - Clean (washing and drying) - Fill cracks (with filler, then sand smooth) - Prime (apply stain blocker) - Paint (first coat and blending edges) - Finish (second coat, feathered out)

Some stains from cooking on the walls to be covered up on sections of two walls. Per the final photo, a glass bottle of oil fell from a cupboard and smashed and splattered oil stains on a section of wall. I tried to get some of it off but ending up taking some of the paint off. I would like the affected area to be repainted. I am unable to provide the paint but it just a general magnolia colour / am happy for it to be any neutral white cream colour.

We have recently moved in to a new house and as part of the renovations we are trying to restore the old Victorian floor boards. We have done part of the sanding ourselves but grossly underestimated the time needed for the job. We’re now busy for the next couple of weekends and need someone to finish what we started. Log cabin has been repaired. Need to treat new fascias on roof, door centre, areas where no stain inbetween logs all around small areas to work the stain in, inside treat floor. I have the walnut stain and the clear for the inside. Also fix gate which is not aligning with bolt and needs a metal receiver for the bolt so it doesn't keep dropping I think
