They won't go up, they do come down but I can see where the bottom 2 pleats have come undone
Mo fixed my Roman blinds perfectly ( it's not easy to find someone to repair these)He also put up a roller blind, and cut it to size. Very polite gentleman. I'm very happy with his work. Definitely be using him for other jobs
