Metal pipe under kitchen sink is dripping.

Needs to install a kitchen sink tap. Might need to extend pipes or change completely. Also Needs to look into a bathroom flush handle.

The taps are leaking at the face basin in the bathroom and the tap in the kitchen. When having a shower water from the shower leaks downstairs

Bath tub, bathroom sink aren’t draining and flush on loo seems less powerful too. I’ve unblocked as much as I can (hair etc) but it’s not draining well at all! Please help.
