remove an old oven hood. remove an old inbuilt fridge. remove shower head and replace with one that's been purchased.

We have a few small leaks that we have found in our new home. 2 under our bathroom sink and one, we think from our Kitchen sink. The bathroom ones: Main leak seems to be coming from the hot water supply. We have managed to stop the flow to this to stem the leak, but can't get hot water. The other leak we cant directly find, but seems to be coming from the waste water. This is minimal. The kitchen one: This one is coming from our waste pipe. It only leaks when we drain our sink after washing up. It kind of gushes through and splutters out from the pipes. It seems like some of the sealant(s) on the plastic pipes might be gone or rubbish so the whole thing pipes might need changed.

Replace part of a rainwater pipe that is leaking in the basement

Newly installed in-line wall electric shower. Very bad pressure and shifts from hot to cold constantly. Needs fixing/installed properly

The toilet seat lid is broken and needs to be re fitted.
