Find an experienced local plumber in Somerset Bristol

My shower is clogged due to excess hair. I would like a plumber to clean it up and unclog it.

Neighbours downstairs have water flows from the ceiling below my bathroom, however everything looks ok in my flat

I’ve bought the parts to replace the flush button and intake valve for a loo (Roca Nexo, I have ALL the part numbers and manuals 🥸)but realise I can’t access the base of the cistern to get at the gaskets and nuts… I think the loo might need detaching from the waste pipe and moving away from the wall - waaaay beyond a YouTube vid expertise!

I need a shower screen fitted - think it needs to be done by a plumber as handymen have said the tiles make it more difficult.

External downpipes on the building do not fit properly and water is pouring down the walls and it does not appear that the water is connected to a pipe to drain it away from the building and it is getting into the foundations. - Due date: Flexible

It won’t power out water. I tried flushing the system and noticedit’s leaking so assumed that’s why it’s not powering up to jet water. - Due date: Flexible
