Find an experienced local plumber in Cheshire

Had a bidet fitted in new home before moving in. Moved in now and there seems to be a leak most probably due to this. This needs fixing Would also like other bidets to be checked to ensure they’ve been fitted correctly to reduce chance of leaks in future

2 broken showers. One shower will not regulate heat. Boiling or freezing. I've been advised it needs a new solenoid valve. The 2nd shower(integrated behind tiles) has a constant slow drip. Unsure what the issue is, maybe just needs a valve tightening.

The pressure washer is leaking when turned on and this has significantly reduced the pressure at the nozzle. There isn't any leak when you turn the machine off.

Thermostat broken on flush-mounted shower mixer. Needs replacing.

The boiler keeps repressurizing, which is causing hot water to leak through the overflow pipe outside the property. The water coming out of the overflow pipe is hot water

9 radiators to be installed and few pipes to be upgraded to 15 mm

I need a qualified Drainage Expert or a Qualified Plumber with ONLY a JET MACHINE, to unblock a toilet.

The toilet is overflowing into itself. The cistern is only accessible through a flush plate. I’d need the leak fixed and the flush plate put back

Single basin kitchen sink replacement required, including associated plumbing and including existing tap and disconnecting existing sink. Sink already purchased and ready to be installed. Will re-use existing tap.

Property was previously drained down. We are set to move in, but before we can we’ve been advised we need a qualified plumber to check the boiler etc before we are able to turn the electricity on. I will attach a photo of what the stickers say that have been displayed in the apartment

main job - investigate Leaks in bathroom, which we assume is in underfloor pipes connected to bath and shower. When water drains it creates flooding downstairs. Water now off to bathroom Small fixes required on 2 x taps - one kitchen, one bathroom
