I need two bathroom taps and mixers needs replacing. Bathroom one (bath): bath taps and sink tap needs replacing. Second bathroom : shower mixers needs to be replaced and sink tap. all parts are brought just need fitting

Having leaking in the bathroom heater

Outside water pipe needs section replaced.Pipe is on outside wall close to bedroom window.

Water leaking from edge/rim of the kitchen sink (between sink and countertop). I think sealant has worn out. Water comes from around the sink edge and drips into the cabinet underneath.

The pressure in my shower does not come through. It used to be temperamental and I used to be able to adjust the mixer and it would come in but now does not.

My shower was recently installed but the silicone around it wasn't well placed as water was leaking out. My husband tried to re seal it but he didn't do a good job as the silicone looks awful, chunky and it's all cracked up. I need the silicone to be removed and replaced properly, think and plush.
