Urgent: Fix Leak Around Shower Tray – Tiles & Sealant Issue Description: I need an experienced tiler / bathroom repair specialist to fix a leak around a shower tray in a residential flat in Moseley (B13). The issue has been diagnosed as failed sealant and grout around the shower tray. When the shower is used, water is escaping behind the tiles and causing a leak downstairs. Scope of works: • Remove existing silicone around shower tray and enclosure • Remove and replace grout along bottom tile line • Check and refix loose bottom tiles if required • Properly reseal tray and enclosure • Ensure watertight finish Important: • This needs to be done properly — not just a quick silicone patch • Experience with shower tray leak repairs essential • Must bring own tools and materials • Must leave clean and tidy

Fix intermittent hot water with the shower and bath taps. It's a gas-fed aqualisa Midas 100 shower. I have a Worcester combi junior 24i boiler which was serviced in November. Also the shower fan is possibly not working as it should. It's a spotlight over shower with built-in extractor fan, operated by switch outside bathroom, model SL120TW/CH Manrose fan. There is also an issue with the toilet making a constant sound (a low humming/pressure noise) which may need fixing unless you think this is normal.
