The current drain cover (waste plate) on my [sink / shower] is sealed shut, so water cannot drain. It is not a blockage — the metal plate itself has no holes and needs to be physically replaced.

One of our power showers only runs cold. All other taps in the house get hot water normally. We have a system boiler with a hot water cylinder. Please check why the hot water is not reaching the shower, including hot feed pipes, isolation valves, airlocks, or blockages. The shower itself runs at full pressure but never heats.

My shower is leaking into the neighbour below. The leak is from the damaged silicon around the shower tray. I want a more permanent fix. I want the shower door removed, then the shower tray removed. The bottom row of the tiles removed, and then the area under the shower tray covered with membrane (onto the wall surrounding it, where the bottom row of the tiles was). Then everything put back in place.
