I need a small plumbing task completed. The old shower hose adaptor appears to be stuck inside the outlet of my shower mixer tap. I cannot remove the insert myself and need someone with the right tools to carefully remove it. Once removed, I would like a new standard 1/2 inch BSP shower hose installed and tested to make sure there are no leaks. What may be required: • Remove stuck adaptor/insert from shower mixer outlet • Install new shower hose • Ensure proper seal and check for leaks The job should be fairly quick for someone experienced with plumbing fittings. Hi! just to flag an issue with the shower. There is a small but constant leak into the bathtub (not outside it), coming from where the unit is attached to the wall. It’s not heavy, but ongoing. It looks like the unit may need to be assessed and re-secured to the wall, and the leak fixed. Please could someone take a look and advise on repair?

The wood around the shower tray has rotted, and is causing the shower to leak into the flat below. I need someone to come, inspect this leak, and repair and potentially replace the shower.

It is concealed, which I would like you to fit, along with a T junction to work with the existing diverter for two outlets

Bath/shower running lukewarm/not hottest temp. Doesnt seem to be a boiler issue as kitchen tap is perfectly fine, as is bathroom sink tap. Not sure if a new faucet is needed. Another problem is bathroom sink tap runs cloudy water. Any help appriciated.

There are 2 plumbing tasks that I need to complete: 1) Replace kitchen mixer tap: I have purchased a new and more modern style tap to replace the current one in the kitchen and it needs replacing. It has new flexi-pipes and I believe all the attachments needed 2) Fix bathroom mixer tap: The mixer in the shower no longer turns properly and we cannot change the temperature of the shower. It is not leaking at all. We either need the current mixer fixed (likely a washer or some internal issue) or the mixer unit replaced. There is a leak from under the shower tray. Most likely waste needs replacing/tightening, but need the problem to be assessed after removing side panel of shower tray then fixed. After fixed I need the tiles put back as they were before. - Due date: Before Sunday, 17 July 2022

My shower no longer lets out hot water, we have hot water everywhere else but the shower.

The flat has hot water (kitchen, bathroom sink) however the shower went progressively cold over the last 2 days- now only cold water comes out from the shower head. We need someone to come look at this and resolve the issue. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 11 April 2022
