Kitchen tap dripping water

Metal pipe under kitchen sink is dripping.

Leaking radiator. I think leak is coming from the connecting pipes.

I have a freestanding bath and the wastepipe is leaking

There is a small leak under the kitchen sink. I am assuming the leak is coming from the filter tank that is fitted under sink. The source of the leak is not visible so there are no pics

Leakage from pipe connected to heater

My boiler is losing pressure in the system daily, we had the boiler serviced and it was advised the PRV is likely leaking. Bathroom tap drips, have to close both handles very very tightly but even then water still drips from the faucet. I also have an issue with water hammer/ noise in the pipes either when closing a tap, or when the washing machine draws water
