Urgent: Fix Leak Around Shower Tray – Tiles & Sealant Issue Description: I need an experienced tiler / bathroom repair specialist to fix a leak around a shower tray in a residential flat in Moseley (B13). The issue has been diagnosed as failed sealant and grout around the shower tray. When the shower is used, water is escaping behind the tiles and causing a leak downstairs. Hi water is entering my home due to a poorly installed/leaking pipe near a double-glazed window. I need the pipe replaced and the window professionally resealed to fully stop the leak. The pipe is a gutter pipe outside the second floor of my house and the window is in the kitchen on the ground floor. This needs a proper long-term fix, not a temporary patch. Please bring materials, seal and pipe etc, I need this done as soon as possible
