Leaking at the rear, cover needs replacing and tub needs a general overhaul

Bathroom tap drips, have to close both handles very very tightly but even then water still drips from the faucet. I also have an issue with water hammer/ noise in the pipes either when closing a tap, or when the washing machine draws water

Leaking pipe under kitchen sink

The tap (integrated with a shower head)on the bath tub leaks water underneath the bath tub, it needs to be fixed. The tap is brand new so it may be the washer needs to be changed or something else needs to be tightened up. The bath tub cover is easy to be removed so the area to be repaired is easy to be accessed.
