My kitchen sink tap is leaking water for a while and makes noise. I would like to replace it with new tap. It is a Franke mixer tap and I can buy same model from local shop.

Drain pipe (sink strainer/waste fitting) was pushed out of place when sink draw was closed, has now come loose and cannot fix it back into place. Need this fixed asap as water is leaking from the drain if we dont hold the pipe in place.

Outside section of outflow pipe from kitchen sink has broken off and needs replacing (around 2-3 metres of pipe)

Lay down a narrow bead of silicone around kitchen sink so that it is almost seamless to the eye, as the height of the sink top is fairly low. There is no silicone at the moment. Just needs a good clean right around the edge where the kitchen sink meets the kitchen benchtop and ensure that the surfaces are sufficiently dry, before the silicone is applied. That is to allow for good adhesion and longitivity, please.

Replace kitchen sink and tap.

The cupboard under the kitchen sink has been damaged with water as the sink seems to be dipping and caused a leak through to the cupboard. I want to replace the cupboard with a new one and then would need to remove (and clean the glue residue) and reseal the sink so it's no longer leaking.

Hard (fiddly)to access threaded nut on the mixer tap has loosened and is leaking. In the photo it is the chrome nut on the right hand side. Please ensure that you have all necessary tools.

Replace a kitchen sink and faucet

PLUMBER NEEDED: The kitchen only has a washing machine at the moment (see pictures). We want to add a dishwasher, so we need the pipes under the sink changed (see picture), so that the water supply and waste pipe can each take two appliances. My washing machine has leaked and flooded my kitchen floor. I suspect there’s a blocked pipe as the kitchen sink won’t drain, and seems to be dripping into the cupboard underneath. Plumber needed to isolate and repair the issue.
